How Our Tailored Fit Promise Works
Every ThreadClubb garment is made exclusively for you—crafted to your measurements, your preferences, and your personal style. While we take great care throughout the tailoring process to achieve an excellent fit from the very beginning, we also understand that every individual is unique. Occasionally, minor adjustments may be needed once you try on your garment. That's why our commitment doesn't end when your order is delivered. If your garment isn't quite right, we'll work with you to achieve the best possible fit through a simple and transparent process. Local Alterations Most fit adjustments can be resolved with minor alterations. If needed, we'll work with a trusted local tailor and reimburse alteration costs of up to 20% of your garment value, subject to our Tailored Fit Promise. Personal Fit Review If alterations alone aren't the right solution, our tailoring team will personally review your request. Using your feedback, photos, and measurements, we'll carefully assess the fit and recommend the most appropriate next step. Complimentary Remake In the rare event that alterations cannot achieve the desired fit, we'll remake your garment at no additional cost, in accordance with our Tailored Fit Promise. Our goal is simple: we want you to enjoy the confidence that comes from wearing a garment tailored specifically for you. If adjustments are needed, we'll work with you every step of the way until we get the fit right.
