The website www.threadclubb.com (the "Website") is owned and operated by Gemini Apparels Sarls, together with all associated domains and subdomains. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Website, including all products, services, technologies and features made available by ThreadClubb.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing the Website, creating an account or placing an order. By accessing, browsing, registering an account, placing an order or otherwise using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use the Website.

If you require assistance regarding your account, an order, our products, or any other matter relating to the Website or our services, you may contact our Customer Support team through the online contact form available on the Website.

Customer support is currently provided exclusively through our online contact form. We do not offer telephone support at this time.

ThreadClubb offers premium made-to-measure apparel, allowing customers to personalise their garments by selecting fabrics, styles and design options through the Website. Product descriptions, images and 3D visualisations are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

While we make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products, the colours and appearance shown on your screen may vary depending on your monitor settings, device and browser. As a result, the finished garment may differ slightly from the images displayed on the Website. In addition, minor variations in colour, texture or finish may occur due to the natural characteristics of fabrics and the bespoke manufacturing process. Such variations do not constitute defects.

All products, fabrics and accessories are offered subject to availability. If a selected item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, ThreadClubb may offer an equivalent or superior alternative for your approval. If no suitable alternative is accepted, the affected item will be refunded.

Orders will only be processed once all required information has been correctly provided and payment has been successfully authorised.

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

For orders delivered within the European Union, prices include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), where required by law.

Orders delivered within the European Union must be placed and paid for in Euro.

For deliveries outside the European Union, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, clearance fees or any other taxes, duties or governmental charges that may be imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ThreadClubb reserves the right to amend its prices at any time. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.

As each garment is individually made to order, our standard production and delivery time is approximately 15 to 21 calendar days.

Estimated delivery times are provided in your shopping cart before checkout and may vary depending on the product selected, seasonal demand or promotional periods. Certain products may require longer production or delivery times.

Delivery dates are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date. While ThreadClubb makes every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, transportation delays, public holidays, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.

Order Not Received or Package Damaged

If your order has not been received or your package arrives damaged, you must notify ThreadClubb by submitting a support ticket through your customer account within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package, as applicable. This allows us to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution under our After-Sales Policy.

Tailored Fit Promise

At ThreadClubb, every garment is individually made to your measurements and design preferences. While we take every reasonable step to ensure an exceptional fit, minor alterations may occasionally be required.

If local alterations are necessary, we will reimburse the reasonable cost of approved alterations up to a maximum of 20% of the purchase price of the affected garment.

To request reimbursement, you must:

Submit a support ticket through your ThreadClubb customer account.

Describe the fitting issue.

Provide photographs if requested.

Upload a valid tailor's invoice.

Submit your request within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Approved reimbursements are normally processed within 72 hours.

Where payment for the original order was made using a gift card, store credit or promotional credit, any approved reimbursement may be issued as ThreadClubb store credit.

Requests submitted between 31 and 90 calendar days after delivery may, at ThreadClubb's discretion, be reimbursed as store credit.

Remakes

Where ThreadClubb determines that a garment cannot reasonably be corrected through alterations, we may offer a complimentary remake.

The following conditions apply:

The replacement garment will match the original order unless otherwise agreed.

The original garment must be returned to our Quality Control Centre before production of the replacement garment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Requests to change the selected fabric or substantially modify the original design may result in additional charges.

ThreadClubb reserves the right to refuse a remake where alterations are considered an appropriate solution, where the garment has been damaged after delivery, or where the customer fails to provide the information reasonably required to assess the request.

Refunds

As every ThreadClubb garment is individually made to the customer's personal measurements and design specifications, each order is a personalised product.

For this reason, once production has commenced, orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled or refunded except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under these Terms and Conditions.

Where a garment cannot reasonably be altered in accordance with our Tailored Fit Promise, ThreadClubb may, at its discretion, provide a complimentary remake instead of a refund.

As every ThreadClubb garment is individually made to the customer's measurements and design preferences, orders enter production shortly after payment has been received.

Customers may request an amendment to, or cancellation of, their order within 24 hours of payment, provided that production has not yet commenced.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be amended or cancelled, as non-recoverable manufacturing costs, including fabrics, materials and tailoring, have already been incurred.

Where an order has been placed using a priority production service, no amendments or cancellations can be accepted once payment has been confirmed, as production may commence immediately.

ThreadClubb reserves the right to modify, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website, including its content, products, services, pricing, features and functionality, at any time and without prior notice.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the information published on the Website is accurate and up to date, ThreadClubb does not warrant that the Website will be free from errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Customers are encouraged to review all order details carefully before placing an order.

ThreadClubb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate a user's access to the Website or any of its services, with or without prior notice, where the user breaches these Terms and Conditions, engages in unlawful, fraudulent or abusive conduct, or otherwise uses the Website in a manner that may harm ThreadClubb, its customers or third parties.

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to the ThreadClubb name and logo, trademarks, product designs, photographs, graphics, videos, software, databases, website content, text, documentation, domain names and all other intellectual property (collectively, the "ThreadClubb IP"), is owned by or licensed to Gemini Apparels Sarls and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing contained on the Website grants any licence or right to use the ThreadClubb IP without our prior written consent. Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, display or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or the ThreadClubb IP for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

All goodwill arising from the use of the ThreadClubb IP shall belong exclusively to Gemini Apparels Sarls..
