From the moment your bespoke piece leaves our atelier, you can expect delivery within 7 days — a promise we proudly uphold. Each order is fully trackable, allowing you to follow its journey with confidence through our online tracking system. We carefully select the most reliable shipping method based on your location, using standard, express, and international services to meet our delivery commitment.
Shipping Costs
With our production rooted in China, we are able to offer you exceptional tailoring at a refined price point. While international shipping can be substantial — averaging around 20% of the order value — we are pleased to absorb half the cost on your behalf. You contribute only 50% of the shipping fee, ensuring a fair and transparent experience. And when luxury meets generosity — keep an eye out for our Free Shipping Promotions, where we waive all shipping fees entirely.
