Every ThreadClubb garment is crafted exclusively for you, using your measurements, your chosen fabric, and the design details that make it uniquely yours. That's what makes made-to-measure special. It's also why our commitment doesn't end when your garment is delivered—we're here to make sure you're delighted with the final result. If Your Garment Needs an Adjustment Our goal is for you to enjoy your garment from the very first time you wear it. If you feel a minor adjustment is needed, simply contact our Customer Experience Team within 10 days of receiving your order. We'll review your request and guide you through the next steps. Finding the Right Solution Most fit adjustments can be completed quickly by a trusted local tailor. Where eligible under our Tailored Fit Promise, ThreadClubb will contribute towards the cost of those alterations by reimbursing up to 20% of the garment's value, subject to our policy and prior approval. If an alteration isn't enough to achieve the correct fit, we'll carefully review your order and, where appropriate, consider a remake to ensure you receive the garment you expected. If Something Isn't Right If your garment arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the order you confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will investigate the issue promptly and work with you to find the most appropriate solution.
